At Ecomgigs, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their dropshipping stores. However, it is important to note that the products (online stores) we offer are digital goods and cannot be physically "returned".
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds simply because you change your mind or no longer want the product. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, we offer full refunds within 60 minutes of the initial purchase. After this time, we will not be able to issue a full refund.
If your online store is not up and running within 3-7 business days from midnight after payment is received, you can request a refund. In the event of delivery after the guaranteed delivery time, no refund will apply unless a refund request has been made prior to delivery of the store.
For example, if your payment was made on May 10th at 15:00, the first day of development would start at 00:01 on May 11th. If you do not receive an online store by 00:01 on May 14, you may request a refund.
Please note that this refund policy does not apply if the delay in launching your online store is due to a lack of communication or action on your part. For example, the logo was not selected or the brand name was not provided, or you added additional requirements during the development phase. Each requirement added during the development phase increases the delivery time by 3 business days per request.
If your store is launched but there are minor issues that can be resolved, we will work with you to resolve them rather than issue a refund.
If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that Ecomgigs will deduct a $79.99 service/processing fee from the refund amount.
In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, Ecomgigs will work with a debt collection agency to collect the debt.
